At AuraRoot Studio, we truly hope you love your piece.

Because our products are made with natural crystals and handcrafted details, each item is unique and may contain natural variations in color, texture, inclusions, or slight size differences. These are not considered defects.

Returns & Refunds
We accept refund or replacement requests only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request assistance, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or returns for:
• Natural variations in crystals
• Slight handmade size differences (approximately 0.5mm)
• Change of mind after delivery
• Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after purchase. Once processing or shipping has begun, orders can no longer be canceled.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within several business days.
