Yes. All of our crystals are natural stones. Because of this, each piece may vary slightly in color, texture, inclusions, and appearance. Every piece is unique.

2. Are the bracelets handmade?

Yes. Our pieces are carefully handcrafted and hand-strung with attention to detail.

3. Why does my bracelet look slightly different from the photos?

Natural crystals are unique by nature, so slight differences are normal and part of their beauty.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We currently ship to most countries worldwide.

5. How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery time is typically around 7–15 business days depending on your location.
